TERRIBLE service! Also the blinds were dirty and askew, the hibachi grill next to us covered with packages of tablecloths half-unpacked, more crap on the banquet seat at the entrance, non-functioning "OPEN" sign, unclear where the entrance is, complete lack of greeting at reception, unclear if one is supposed to wait to be seated or not (put up a sign!), rude receptionist, rude waiters, completely messed up our order which cost $51.49 for two people for lunch. I'm posting this here for one chance -- one -- to make it right. Next, I post on YELP, where you will find many other complaints similar to mine. Get a proper manager in that place! Everyone has either a crappy attitude, or they just look miserable (the sushi chefs). Really sad -- these are mostly management problems.

The hostess was ok, the atmosphere looks awesome but the overall service was the worst I've every been to. We didn't know who are waiter was for the first 20 minutes just to get drinks. Even when he came he gave no straws no introduction. Then waited another 10 minutes to not order anything we didn't asked for our order nor if they were running behind/ short staffed any type of communication would have been appreciated. We left we figured at that rate we wouldn't eat till closing time. Communication is key to having a successful business please hire better employees and staff accordingly.
